Competitive Edge Training (C.E.T.) is serious training for serious athletes incorporating the latest in training techniques to bring about desired results. 

Programs include:

Sport Specific Strength Training
This program is designed to prepare male and female athletes for the upcoming season.  Strength programs will be designed specific to their respective sport(s).  This class teaches proper technique and programming.     
           
Speed, Agility, and Quickness Training
This class is the perfect compliment to Sport Specific Strength Training.  The class is designed to help athletes improve their sprint speed, lateral quickness, vertical jump, reaction, and change of direction. 

Elite Hockey Training
The Rochester Athletic club has developed a sport specific training program for hockey players looking to take their game to the next level. The Elite Hockey Training program is designed to train the athlete to become stronger, faster, and more skilled, while reducing the chance of injury. The program will focus on stride development, explosive power, foot quickness, strength, balance, hand-eye coordination, shooting, and stick handling skills. In addition to improving the players’ games in these areas, the goal of every class will be to work hard and have fun.
The program utilizes hockey specific strength exercises in the weight room as well as speed, agility, and quickness training.

Youth Speed, Agility, and Quickness Training
This is a great program to introduce your young athlete to training for improved performance in a fun atmosphere.  Participants will learn the basic fundamentals of running, change of direction, and foot movement.
