Yoga classes are offered in our beautiful Mind Body Studio. The bamboo flooring and warm décor promote a quiet and restorative environment. Yoga uses a system of gentle exercises (asanas), breathing and relaxation techniques. For centuries, people around the world have used it to develop a healthy mind and body. These classes are included with your membership and no pre-registration is required for the following offerings:
