“Safe Exercises for Knee Pain”

If you have a history of knee pain, cartilage problems, torn ligaments, or arthritis in your knee, this lecture will present strategies on the safest ways to exercise. Kristina will describe exercises that will help your knee stay strong without hurting it further. Join Kristina Kurtz, physical therapist and certified athletic trainer with ActivePT to learn how to safely exercise on your knees. Also learn other forms of self treatment like when you should ice or heat your knee.
All lectures are held in the multi-purpose room of the RAC. They are free and open to the public. |
