RAC GUEST POLICY

1.  Picture ID is required: All guests must present a picture ID when registering and will not be allowed into the club without presenting a picture ID for each visit.
2.  Release of Liability Form required: All adult guests must sign a Release of Liability form before using the club.
3.  Local Area Guests are defined as people living and/or working within Olmsted and the adjacent counties. This includes Dodge, Fillmore, Goodhue, Mower, Wabasha, Winona and Olmsted counties – approximately a 60 mile radius from Rochester.

• Local Area Guests must pay a guest fee, be accompanied by a member and may only use the club once every 30 days.
• Outside of Local Area Guests may purchase a day or extended guest pass without a member present.

4.  Members under age 18 are limited to bringing in a maximum of two guests into the club when unaccompanied by an adult.
5.  Members who are Grandparents may bring in local area grandchildren 6 years of age or younger as guests as often as they wish, but must pay a guest fee for those ages 2-6.
6.  Extended Guest Pass holders may bring additional guests.  They must pay guest fees and follow regular guest pass rules.

• A 3 month pass is the longest that may be purchased at one time.
• Total maximum of 9 months – must buy membership after that if wish to continue.

7.  Family rates do not apply across more than one generation and include only Parents/Guardians and their Children through age 23.

Member Guest discount:  Member Guests who qualify for an extended guest pass, receive a discount of 15% off regular guest fees.
